Registers a new asset with status CREATED and asks every owner listed in copyright to approve it in Confida. Owner percentages must add up to exactly 100. Once every owner approves, the asset is recorded on the blockchain and its status becomes MINTED. Include imagePath to store an image, or leave it out for a record-only asset.
